COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANIES (CICS)
We also collaborate with CICs. We take the licence on the property and enable our CIC occupiers to focus funds and resources on their creative programming by providing them with free, flexible space.
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS (BIDS)
Our charity works in partnership with BIDs to animate underused retail and commercial spaces. Under such arrangements, our charity takes a licence to occupy properties, using them for artistic purposes. This approach aligns with the BID’s objectives to revitalise town centres and enhance public spaces.
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL OR WAREHOUSE UNITS
Larger, open spaces can accommodate set-building, fabrication, rehearsals, audition or large-scale installations. These spaces are particularly valuable for arts charities engaged in production-based or performance activities.
